WHAT IS PARAGLIDING TANDEM OR JOYRIDE?

Tandem paragliding is a double seater ride in which an experienced pilot will fly you.

HOW SAFE IS IT?

We have certified and load tested paragliding equipment. All our pilots are certified and have an experienced of more than 15 years.

HOW DO I REACH THE FLYING SITE?

Our flying site in Kamshet is 100km away from Mumbai and 50km away from Pune and 18km from Lonavala.

The flying site depends on the weather and wind conditions. We will let you know the specific flying site a day in advance of your flight.

WHAT DO I CARRY AND WEAR?

Wear comfortable sporty clothes. Sports shoes are preferred, although you may use floaters if you have them. Sunglasses and a cap/hat to protect yourself from the sun. Although not required, we recommend that you wear full sleeve shirts or tops and full pants/tracks to protect yourself from any injury.

We suggest that you carry about 1-2 litres of water with you. If you're bringing a plastic bottle, please ensure that you take it back with you and help keep the environment clean.

CAN I EAT BEFORE I FLY?

Avoid eating heavily at least two hours before the flight. You could nibble on something small like biscuits. If you have a tendency to get car sick, make sure you take some motion sickness or anti-nausea medicines for the prevention and relief of nausea symptoms

WHO CAN PARAGLIDE?

There is no age limit. You need to have a a weight between 15kg-95kg to be able to fly. You will need to be physically fit to be able to hike/walk about 500m to the flying site.

HOW DO I TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS?

Paragliding mantra has GoPro cameras to take your pictures and video. We charge an additional ₹500 per person for this. You will get 30-35 pictures and 2-3 minutes of video.

If you would like to take your own camera, you can do so at your own risk. You will not be required to pay for bringing your own camera.

WHAT TIME DO WE FLY?

Flying is an activity that is dependent on the suitable weather and wind conditions.

In winter, we usually fly in the mornings between 8am-11am.

In the summer, we usually fly in the afternoon between 3:00pm-6:30pm.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Flying is an activity that is dependent on the suitable weather and wind conditions. These are factors outside our control and can cause possible delays or cancellation of flights on certain days. In such a case, we will refund you 100% of the the advance booking amount.


If for some unforeseen reasons you're unable to come, you can request cancellation of your booking 18 hours prior for a 100% refund. Any cancellations in the 18 hours before your scheduled flying time will result in your booking amount to be forfeited.
