The story of Paragliding Mantra begins with a dream one sparked high in the Himalayan skies. TJ, our founder, experienced his first magical glide over the Dhauladhar range and realized the profound impact flying could have on the human spirit. When TJ discovered Kamshet nestled between Mumbai and Pune he knew it was the ideal home for a world-class paragliding school. Thus, Paragliding Mantra was born, committed to building a new culture of safe and structured adventure in India. TJ dreamt of getting more Indians into the skies. Their passion for flying translated into a school that prioritizes safety, international certifications, and long-term mentorship for all students. Over the last 28 years, we've trained thousands from weekend explorers to professional pilots and built a thriving community of adventurers. Whether hiking up a hill with a glider or discovering new flying sites, we’ve always believed in one thing: Flying changes lives.
