About the P3 Club Pilot Course

The P3 Club Pilot course represents a significant step in your paragliding journey. This intensive 5-day program is meticulously designed to transform students into responsible, well-aware, and safe pilots capable of independent flight operations.

Unlike introductory courses, P3 training focuses on developing critical thinking skills, advanced flight techniques, and most importantly, the ability to assess and manage risks for both yourself and other pilots in the air.

Our instructors ensure that every student demonstrates competency in all required skills before certification. The course includes comprehensive theory, hands-on practice, and real-world application of advanced paragliding techniques.

Upon completion, you'll have the skills and confidence to fly independently while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Theory Content

Master the fundamental knowledge required for safe and competent paragliding.

Wing aerodynamics and flight physics
Equipment nomenclature and safety checks
Active piloting techniques for student level
Ridge soaring and thermal flying traffic rules

Ground Handling Skills

Glider layout with respect to wind conditions

Requirements & Assessment

Minimum Requirements

Introduction Course where available but not mandatory. However, basic flying experience is recommended.

Flight Requirements

  • • Minimum 6 flights during the course
  • • At least 2 flights without instructor inputs
  • • Demonstrated competency in all required maneuvers
