Overview

We understand plans can change. This policy explains when you’re eligible for a refund, how to request one, and timelines for processing. It applies to all bookings made directly with Paragliding Mantra through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or at-site desk.

Cancellations & Eligibility

  • Cancel 7+ days before your scheduled slot: 100% refund (minus gateway/convenience fees).
  • Cancel 3–6 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Cancel within 72 hours of your slot or no‑show: non‑refundable.
  • Group bookings (≥5 pax): free reschedule once if requested ≥72 hours before; otherwise policy above applies.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. If we cancel a flight due to weather or safety considerations, you may choose either of the following:

  1. Free reschedule to any available future date.
  2. 100% refund to the original payment method.

If you opt to continue waiting on-site for a weather window and complete only a shortened experience, we will offer a pro‑rata refund at our discretion.

Non‑Refundable Items

  • Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the slot.
  • No‑shows or late arrivals missing the safety briefing window.
  • Partially used packages or add‑ons (e.g., GoPro photos/videos) once provided.
  • Third‑party or marketplace bookings (please contact them directly).
  • Gift cards, vouchers, promo codes once issued or partially redeemed.
  • Payment gateway / convenience fees and bank charges.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Share booking details: full name, phone, booking date/time, and payment reference/UTR.
  3. State your reason (cancellation, weather, duplicate charge, etc.).

Our team typically acknowledges requests within 24 hours (working days).

Refund Timelines & Method

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours.
  • Banks/card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to reflect the amount.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (per RBI/issuer rules).
  • For UPI/NetBanking, ensure the original account remains active and able to receive funds.

Booking Changes & Reschedules

You may request a one‑time reschedule up to 72 hours before your slot, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may attract a small administrative fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank/UPI statement again after 48 hours.
  2. Contact your bank/issuer; processing can take extra time before posting.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please write to [email protected] with your UTR/reference number.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you raise a dispute/chargeback with your bank after a refund has been initiated, the case may take additional time to resolve. We will provide our acquirer with documents to expedite resolution.
