What if weather cancels on our outing date?

We take the go/no-go call the evening before, so your team never drives out to a cancellation. Postponed outings are rescheduled to the next mutually workable date at no penalty — we'd rather move the day than risk a marginal launch.

How a corporate flying day actually runs

Morning format: team arrives by 8–9 am at the meeting point near Kamshet, safety briefing for the whole group at once, then rotating tandem slots through the morning window (roughly 7–11 am). Each person gets 8–15 minutes in the air; the group reconvenes at the landing field.

Afternoon format works identically on the 3–6 pm window — popular when teams combine the flight with a morning of meetings or a drive out from the office after lunch. Sunset slots are the premium option.

Between flights, the team isn't idle: the landing field is a natural gathering point, launches and landings are spectator-friendly, and there's time built in for photos, debriefs, and the inevitable 'whose turn is it' excitement.

Adding the Pawna Lake evening

The upgrade most corporate groups take: after the flying, move to a lakeside venue on Pawna for the evening — barbecue, bonfire, team dinner, and whatever awards or speeches were planned. It turns a 4-hour activity into a proper offsite.

Lakeside Mantra on the Pawna shore is our regular venue partner — 15–20 minutes from the takeoff sites, handles large groups comfortably, and offers both camping and cottage formats if the outing extends overnight.

For overnight offsites, the itinerary that works best: Day 1 fly + lakeside evening, Day 2 team activities or an easy trek (Lohagad fort is visible from the site and doable in 2 hours), then drive back. Your team gets an adventure, a party, and a hike in one booking.
